Amalia Baltazar Martinez (Nona) was born on February 4, 1973 in San Bernardino, California. She was carried home by Angels on April 18, 2011. Preceded in death by her father, Santos A. Martinez; brother, Santos A. Martinez Jr. and sister, Naomi B. Martinez. Survived by mother, Maria V. Martinez (Bibi); daughter, Esther L. Martinez; sisters, Martha (Alex) Ruiz, Ofelia (Manuel) Ochoa, Apolonia (Cruz) Jimenez, Esmeralda (Ben) Martinez-Ochoa, Irene Baltazar and brother, Jesus (Elizabeth) Martinez. Numerous godchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Amalia was a loving and compassionate person who had a great love of family and friends, always putting other's needs first before her own. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Visitation is on Monday, April 25, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. Rosary at 8:00 a.m. followed by Mass at 9:00 a.m at Cristo Rey Church on the Pascua Yaqui Indian Reservation. Anne Rita Dixon 4/10/1940 - 4/16/2011 Tucson, AZ. Departed life at the age of 71, died of Congestive Heart Failure. Born to William and Christina Higgins on April 10, 1940, in Limerick, Ireland. She was one of three girls, two boys. She was a loving mother, wonderful wife, grandmother and friend. Married Roger E. Dixon, 51 years ago and to this union came two girls, Deborah and Tracey Dixon. Her happiest moments were spending time with her family, friends and shopping. She is remembered most for her eccentric thinking, in a sense that you can do anything you want while on earth and her daily devotion to Our Mother of Sorrow. She is preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Tracey; parents, two brothers and one sister. Krystyna was the beloved wife of the late Edmund Lukowski, loving mother of Robert wife-Walleen Lukowski, Barbara husband-Michael J. Arpaia, and the late Lester Lukowski. She was the devoted grandmother to Diane fiance-Ryan Lukowski, Michelle husband-Richard Strand, Alison Arpaia and Michael E. Arpaia; also the dear great grandmother to Matthew, Megan and Andrew Strand and Christopher Helms. Krystyna also has several living relatives in Poland, including a sister. Funeral services were held on Saturday, 4/9/2011, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Boulder City, Nevada, with burial following at the Boulder City Cemetery.
