Sarah A. "Sally" Diaz

Sarah "Sally" A. Diaz born on July 28, 1947 in Tucson, AZ and was taken home with God on May 2, 2011. Sarah was born to Paul A. and Mary Anzaletta (Rooker) Terry who preceded her in death. There will never be enough time or words to express what our mother and friend means to us. Sarah was a strong and courageous woman who overcame many obstacles in her life and faced each one of them with a braveness that will never be matched. Sarah worked tirelessly to provide for her six children and was most proud of the 12 years she spent as a CSM for Wal-Mart. Our mom was famously know and recognized at work for her long black curls and even longer fingernails and was a customer favorite. Years after retiring, she was still stopped all over town and asked if she worked at Wal-Mart. We are so proud that our mother touched so many lives and this will help sustain us until we are with her in Heaven. Sarah is survived by her cherished sister, Theresa Terry; brothers, Dale and Patrick Terry; her six children and 15 grandchildren, who all were her sole reason for living, Johnny (Norma), Brittini, Levi and Jordan Diaz, Lonny Diaz, Cisco (Gricelda), Diego and Maricruz Diaz, Leon (Margie) Diaz, Ruben Crespo, Esteban and Trinity Diaz, Gabriel (Emily), Alana and Agustus Diaz and Catarina "Tina" (Ronald), CodyAllen, Genevie, Yasmine, Mikala and Adianna Lopez. A Memorial Service will be held on May 14, 2011 at First Assembly of God, 1749 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mom, here is the rainbow you've been praying for and it's now a bright sun shiny day. Arrangements by DESERT ROSE CREMATION AND BURIAL.
